The Seasons is a 150-unit, 4-acre senior and market-rate rental project on Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. The project is comprised of one and two-story buildings containing 130 one-bedrooms and 20 two-bedroom units all configured into a unique combination that take advantage of a difficult sloping site. To accommodate the site situation, 80 of the 150 units are at grade, 30 are half-level-up, and 40 are on the second floor featuring an interior stair with a private front door at grade level. The units are an "L" shape design allowing for large decks and patios creating a richly varied facade. There are many secluded garden areas throughout the project, as well as a central space featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a large Community Building containing offices, clubroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The Seasons is 80% market-rate and 20% low-income senior apartments.
