The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles teamed up with the City of Beverly Hills in this successful civic / commercial / residential project which has fulfilled a multitude of community needs. This mixed-use project included an innovative sale by the City of Beverly Hills for the "air rights" to their new public parking garage for the development of 151 units of federally-funded senior citizen housing. Senior housing units are located on the top three floors with an additional 20,000 square feet of retail shops at street level. The entire project sits atop an 870-car subterranean public parking garage.
