The Senior Apartments component of the project are three-story residential buildings comprised of 180 units: 165 one-bedrooms and 15 two-bedrooms with ground-level covered parking. These buildings have two main courtyards, one strictly for residents and open to the South adjacent to a future public park, which is soon to be converted from an old MTA railway area. The second courtyard facing North on Flora Vista is a public space enhanced with a decorative drive and central fountain. This courtyard provides convenient access to the residential buildings for autos, residences, and guests. Unit amenities include a range, frost-free refrigerators, garbage disposal, central air conditioning, carpeting, window blinds, drapes, and a patio or balcony. Project amenities include an outdoor activity area with barbeques, picnic tables, and sitting areas.
